Attendance on both days (Thursday 18th and Friday 19th October): $250
Attendance on one day: either Thursday or Friday:            $150
No charge for attendance at the public discussion Thursday evening.

Standard registration after 5 October 2007:
Attendance on both days (Thursday 18th and Friday 19th October): $300
Attendance on one day: either Thursday or Friday:            $200
No charge for attendance at the public discussion Thursday evening.

Attendance at all presentations
Pre-forum coffee and tea
Morning and afternoon teas
Lunch

Delegates are invited to drinks and canapés at 5.15pm, Thursday 18th October in advance of the evening public discussion
